The Character

Name: Full name.
Nicknames: Anything they're called that is not their name.
Birthdate: The date of their birth.
Year: Remember, students don't start Hogwarts until they turn eleven. If their birthday is in September, they don't start until the next year. No exceptions.
Gender: Male or female.
Sexuality: Straight, bisexual, gay.
Blood Status: Pure, half, mixed, muggleborn.
House: Make it reasonable though. We WILL change it if we feel it is necessary. We'll also sort you if you want.
Canon or Original: Did they come from the canon list or your head?

The Appearance

Hair: Color, length, etc. All appearance sections only have to be a few sentences long.
Face: Eyes, mouth, whatever.
Body & Style: Body type, posture, what they wear, etc.
Distinguishing Features: What sets them apart from the crowd?
Face Claim: Make sure you check the claim to make sure they're not taken. REQUIRED.

The Magic

Wand: Core, size, wood, that sort of thing.
Mirror of Erised: What does your character desire most?
Dementor: What horrible memories and/or fears come flooding to your character when those dark creatures are around?
Patronus: Animal and the best memory used to capture it. If they're too young or unskilled what it would be.

The Personality

Likes: List form. 5+
Dislikes: List form. 5+

Strengths: 3+
Weaknesses: We can't all be perfect. 3+
Plans for the Future: What does your character plan to do either after graduation or in the immediate future.

Personality: 3+ decent sized paragraphs.

The Background

Family Members: Only the ones relevant to your history are necessary.
Residence: Where your character lives while not at school.
History:3+ decent sized paragraphs.

The Member

Member Name: Whatever you want us to call you. (:
Other Characters: On this site obviously.
Where did you find us: Especially if it was from another member.
What is your Boggart: Something about primates maybe?
