Nicknames: Luc, but only very rarely, by those who know him very well.

The Appearance
Hair: Lucius’ hair is about chin-length and nearly platinum blonde. It is always styled impeccably. However, when he’s alone and knows he won’t be bothered, he’ll tie back the top of his hair to keep it out of his face so he can work.
Face: Lucius has very defined edges to his facial structure. His chin, his jaw, his nose, and cheekbones are all clearly defined. His eyes are a stormy grey, bordering on silver when he’s excited or agitated about something. Typically he’s got some form of sneer on his face, but when he has his guard down his facial features (and posture) all relax.
Body & Style: Lucius is always dressed immaculately with perfectly-tailored clothing, and of course always in the latest styles. One mustn’t ever appear to be behind the times, of course; that would be an atrocity of unimaginable proportions.
He has a lithe frame, mildly toned from basic exercise. Lucius’ posture is perfect, of course. It would simply not do at all to have the Malfoy Heir slouch like some common muggle.
Distinguishing Features: Lucius is a Malfoy. That fact alone sets him apart, and can easily be identified by his air and behavior (but also by his strong yet delicate facial features, and his remarkable paleness).

The Magic
Wand: Hickory, 12 inches, Ashwinder ash
Mirror of Erised: To become the Lord of Malfoy Manor, and to continue his family line whilst upholding the Malfoy family’s established honor and pride.
Dementor: At one of Lucius’ very first outings into Society, he managed to escape his mother and made the grave error of wandering off down a corridor and away from the ball proper. He found a slightly-ajar door, and pushed his was inside, as any five year old would. Lucius does not remember what happened in that room, all he knows is that there was an astounding amount of pain.
Patronus: Black Panther. He uses the memory of his father giving him his Malfoy ring, officially declaring him a member of society. His father also told Lucius that he is proud of him.

Strengths:
- Elegance. A proper Malfoy can do anything and have it be elegant. If they can’t manage that, they are not a true Malfoy.
- Charm. A good smile and a smooth tongue will get you everywhere.
- Grace. There are very, very few situations where a Malfoy cannot come out of them gracefully, with honor, pride and image intact.
Weaknesses:
- Superiority complex. Lucius has, of course, been raised under the belief that Malfoys are superior to basically everyone. So, Lucius has a habit of not listening to anyone else’s opinion.
- Lucius will do anything for those who manage to work past his cold exterior. As a result, sometimes it appears as if he is behaving improperly in order to achieve a desired result.
- Lord Malfoy is a force Not To Be Reckoned With. Even though Lucius does not generally engage in behavior that in unacceptable for public eyes, there’s always that ever-present fear of someone threatening to inform his father of some of his antics.
Plans for the Future: Lucius will soon be betrothed, and then married. Once he is married and his father steps down, he will become Lord of Malfoy Estates.
Personality: Lucius is a classic wealthy pureblood. He behaves according to traditional pureblood standards, except when he wants something. Then, he will achieve his desires by any means necessary. He is by no means above lying, and will manipulate a situation however he deems it should be to best suit his needs.
Most of the time, Lucius carries himself with a “mightier than thou” air, and he sneers quite often. However, on some rare occasions you may catch him acting like a normal, if uppity, teenage boy. He enjoys reading, and has an extensive leisure library in his suite in Malfoy Manor.
While he presents himself as being the perfect Malfoy heir, deep down Lucius is just a family man. There is no extent to what he will do to accomplish one of his own desires, but if someone manages to work their way past his cold exterior, he will go to the same extents for them. Even if it involves an extensive about of plotting and deceit (after all, what kind of Slytherin would he b if he did not enjoy a good bout of plot and deceit?).

Residence: Malfoy Manor, in Wiltshire.
History: Lucius comes from a long line of pureblood wizards, and only once he reached Hogwarts age did he really ever even meet anyone even related to muggles. The only home he has ever known is Malfoy Manor, though he has made trips to other pureblood estates for balls, dinners, and other various gatherings.
His childhood involved every luxury available. He attended balls and other events at his parents’ side, being conditioned from an early age to be a well-standing leader in society. At nearly every event Lucius attended, Rodolphus Lestrange was also attending. They became allies out of necessity (there is only so much a young boy can do at an adult’s gathering), but eventually became close friends. Rodolphus is the one person that Lucius knows he does not have to filter his thoughts from.
No one in Lucius’ family has married for love, or at least not recent enough to consider relevant, and Lucius will not be the one to break that tradition. Lord and Lady Malfoy are in the midst of discussions with Lord and Lady Black to confirm the betrothal between Lucius, the Malfoy Heir and Narcissa, the youngest Black daughter. Matters are almost finite, and only a major catastrophe could stop the proceedings.
