The Appearance
Hair: Cissy's hair is long and blond. Her parents seemed to get a daughter of every main color and Narcissa seemed to draw the blond card. It's almost bleach blond, but has enough yellow in it's color to not look fake.
Face: She has a very normal shaped face. It's well rounded, and still has a slightly thin look to it. Her eyes are pure blue in color.
Body & Style: Narcissa isn't exactly tall, but her posture makes up for any lacking in the height department. She's well proportioned for her age, but not gawkingly so like her older sisters. Her body is lean and thin.
Distinguishing Features: It would most definitely be her hair and eyes that sticks out the most about her.

Strengths:
1. Narcissa is very sure of herself and very commanding in her appearance and prescence.
2. She doesn't allow her peers to pursuade her or bring her down. Nor does she allow them to speak to her in disapproving ways. She's perfectly capable of handling her self and her own.
3. She's fairly quick to the draw and very good at Charms/Hexes.
Weaknesses:
1. Cissy doesn't quite have the ability to stand up to her family. She's known to back down from them, especially her father and Bellatrix.
2. She can be a bit of a snob to people, and fairly arrogant as well. Unfortunately, this sometimes makes her appear naive.
3. She doesn't like to be wrong (or really be told no for that matter.) She becomes a bit childish to defend her point in some cases, and will continue to press a matter- having to have the last word.
Plans for the Future: All Narcissa wants to do is graduate Hogwarts, marry into a pureblooded family, and live up to her family's expectations.
Personality: Narcissa is a very proud woman who frequently displays a snobby and cold attitude, looking down upon others. As she believes strongly in the importance of blood purity and values her family's wealth, she is disdainful towards Muggle-borns, other non-pure-bloods, so-called "blood traitors". Despite her beliefs and her family's close ties to Lord Voldemort and the Death Eaters, Narcissa has yet to join the organisation herself, or received the Dark Mark- and she's not quite sure she ever will. While she treats most people coldly, Narcissa is very loving towards and devoted to her family.
While the Black family Princess can be cold and arrogant towards people, she is very loyal and respectful to her fellow purebloods. People in power and even an acceptional few half-bloods are high on her list. She displays a certain amount of devotion to these people, and is always there when they need something or someone to talk to. Whether she's fond of what they've gotten themselves into or not.
When with her sisters, Cissy becomes a whole different person. She becomes more laid back, a little more girly (though, she's already very girly anyway), and is just much more comfortable to be herself. She looks up to Bella, and is closer to the oldest sister then the middle. Cissy does have a strong desire to impress her oldest sister, and does a fair amount of extra work to do just that. Be it in classes, with relationships, or friends, whatever she can use to impress her sister, she attempts it with great effort.

Residence: Narcissa lives with the rest of her family in the Black Manor.
History: It's a well known fact that Narcissa is the youngest daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black. Narcissa was taught the philosophy of blood purity from a very young age and has grown up prejudiced in favour of pure-bloods. As such, her closest friends were hand picked for her during her childhood, and her educating (before Hogwarts) was always private and expensive. Furthuring this even more is the fact that, being the youngest daughter, even her marriage has been talked about for years and will be 100 percent arranged to a pure-blooded man, one that will benefit progress to the Black family.
Once Narcissa go into Hogwarts, it was no surprise that she was sorted into Slytherin. She had felt disconnected from her oldest sister, Bellatrix, until she got into the school, and once sorted into the same house, she worked hard to re-attain their bond. The fact that Andromeda was sorted into Gryffindor made Cissy a bit suspicious of the middle sister's intentions for life, but so far nothing has been too damaging to their relationship- other then silly House rivalries that Narcissa doesn't really participate in anyhow. She did continue to keep her friends exclusive, however, making sure to only befriend those of pureblood- and a rare couple of half-bloods who proved themselves worthy of her time.
Over her years, Cissy was always hyper aware of the boys surrounding her. With the constant talk at home of her being wed off any time her parents found a suitable match. So, with that in mind, Cissy has always been on the lookout, even during her younger years attending Hogwarts. Recently, she's found her attention driven to certain males of the Slytherin variety, and now that she's old enough to understand, she's started responding to pursuits of her attention. Things haven't quite gone well, and she's not found a face to take home to her parents yet. But she's still looking, counting on her sisters' experiences and good eyes to help her out with what will impress their parents.
