Site Plot
When September 1977 rolled around all was not peaceful in the magical world. Lord Voldemort and his followers had been gaining power at an increasing rate; people were vanishing or being murdered left and right. Nobody, not even the Ministry, could deny that the Wizarding world was on the brink of war, although for many people they had been in a war against the Death Eaters for more than a decade.
The magical world had become a dark place, but the one safe haven had always been Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However, over the summer the Dark Lord created a new plot, to infiltrate Hogwarts from the inside. A few select students who showed promise were recruited as Death Eaters in training. Their initiation? Attacking mudbloods and blood traitors in whom Voldemort saw a different kind of promise, maybe even a murder or two before the year is out.
Of course the students of Hogwarts still have the usual teen drama to deal with. Many of them care more about the opposite sex than they do about the ongoing war. Drama, plot, romance, and deceit—you know we’re all just sinners after dark.
